Jenny Hall, Associate Attorney: Jenny Hall is an associate attorney for Clinkscales Elder Law Practice in Hays, Kansas. She completed her undergraduate degree in 2006 at Fort Hays State University with a major in Communications and a minor in Agriculture. She graduated from Washburn Law School in May 2009. Jean Johnson, Office Manager:Jean Johnson has worked at Clinkscales Elder Law Practice since 1995. She is originally from Harlan, Iowa, moving to Hays in 1985 to establish her family and obtain her degree in Accounting at Fort Hays State University. Jean is one of the voices that may greet you on the phone. Jean is our office and business manager and “triages” all new clients. Mary Drake, Care Coordinator: Mary Drake is the Care Coordinator for our clients and families in the Life Care Plan. She comes to our office with 17 years of experience in long term care, including 14 years as the administrator of a small nursing home, during which time she has worked closely with the families of nursing home residents. Mary has worked with Home Health providers as well as hospice agencies. She is a CNA and is certified in social services and as an activities director. Mary performs our assessments, oversees our client’s care for the remainder of their lives, and helps their caregivers and families with their concerns and problems. Email: mary@clinkscaleslaw.com |

Pam Blau, Care Coordinator Pam is the most recent addition to our office. She is a care coordinator at the office. Pam has a Masters of Non-Profit Management, and a Masters of Adult Education and Administration. Pam has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1981. She worked as a nursing home administrator and she has worked in case management for 12 years. Andrew (Andy) Hefner, Care Coordinator:Andy Hefner has a Doctor’s Degree in Naturopathic Medicine and Homeopathic Medicine. He has been practicing in Kansas for over 30 years. Joy Thomas, Paralegal/Medicaid Benefits Specialist:Joy Thomas is our Life Care Plans team leader. She is a paralegal and benefits specialist (including benefits such as Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance). Joy has worked as a legal secretary and/or paralegal since 1995. She is a 1997 graduate of Friends University and has a paralegal certificate through the University of Southern Colorado, which she obtained in 1999. Josh Clinkscales, Marketing Coordinator/VA Benefits Specialist:Josh is a new addition to the office. He is a graduate of Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas. Cindy Davidson, Paralegal:Cindy Davidson has been with the firm since January of 2009. She is a 1985 graduate of Bethany College, Lindsborg, Kansas. She has worked as a legal secretary/legal assistant/paralegal since 1987. Cindy helps to keep our corporate entities in good standing.
