Attend the First Meeting with family decision makers. We will review your situation, identify your loved one’s position on the ELDER CARE CONTINUUM and discuss your options. The cost for this initial consultation will range from $250 to $400 depending on the complexity of your situation. If you choose to move forward, this fee will be applied to the cost of your Life Care Plan.

After the first meeting, we use the information about your loved one’s situation to set a one-time fee for the development of your Life Care Plan. The following factors are considered when setting the fee:

• Are we planning for a married couple or an individual?
• Is this is a crisis situation? Is nursing home care actual or imminent? Or do we have time to plan?
• How complex will the planning be?
• How difficult will it be to access public benefits such as Medicaid or V.A. benefits?
